UPDATE: Our 1st greyhound photo “contest” ends June 30th! Get your photos uploaded!
Greyhound lovers, we need photos! Send us your favorite greyhound pics and the lucky “winners” will get their ‘hounds photo posted to the BRGA home page. Use the form below to upload an image – be sure to include a caption.
As of June 18, we have only 11 entries – we need more photos! All photos will be posted in our candid gallery, with the winning entry going on the home page for the month of July.
Annual General Meeting
BRGA held it’s annual general meeting yesterday, March 10th at 1:00 PM. A brief business meeting was held with an address from BRGA president Lorena Hauffe, reports for the 2011 year, and a discussion of upcoming events for 2010.
We’d like to thank Dr. Krisi Erwin and her husband, Jeremy, of Wholistic Paws Veterinary Services, who provided an excellent canine first aid course along with a fully stocked first aid kit for those who had signed up. Everyone had a great time with the course and also socializing and snacking afterwards. Thanks to all of you who came out for the meeting.
Also a huge “thank you” goes to the wonderful staff at Olde Town Pet Resort in Dulles, VA, who went out of their way to accomodate us and to ensure our meeting was a success! Check out their web site, they have a top-notch facility and extremely helpful and friendly staff!
